Kemper Shuttle is hiring drivers responsible for safe and reliable transportation of customers with high courtesy and professionalism. Responsibilities include providing origin to destination transportation, maintaining on-time performance, obeying traffic regulations, assisting passengers, completing vehicle inspections and paperwork, maintaining attendance, following safety rules, and presenting a professional appearance. The role requires excellent defensive driving and customer service skills, understanding the needs of individuals with disabilities and older adults, familiarity with local roadways, and proficiency in English. Qualifications include being at least 23 years old, passing pre-employment screening, having a clean driving record, owning a smartphone, and being able to assist with wheelchairs.
