Description
Motivate is hiring full-time Drivers to operate company vehicles throughout the Bay Area bikeshare network, transporting bicycles, switching depleted batteries, moving bikes between stations, and delivering batteries to depots. The role also includes loading and unloading materials, performing vehicle inspections, reporting issues, cleaning vehicles, following safe work practices, and communicating with dispatch or management. Drivers must have a valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record, be comfortable using smartphone apps and working in busy urban outdoor environments, and be able to lift, push, or pull up to 75 pounds. The position requires a mixture of weekday and weekend morning shifts, with schedules subject to change under the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
