Description

Span Inc. is seeking a part-time driver for early morning shifts in Denton, TX. This role involves operating various vehicles to safely transport residents of Denton County, providing essential services such as medical appointments and grocery runs. Drivers will complete daily inspections, manage fuel levels, follow schedules, and ensure passenger comfort. The position requires adherence to strict safety protocols, including DOT/FTA screenings and ongoing training.

Additional Information

Preferred Qualifications: three to six months related experience/training
CDL with a Passenger (P) endorsement preferred but not required.
Ability to use a two-way Bluetooth device, a tablet, and a tablet-based application program.
Knowledge of GPS guidance systems and the ability to interpret maps and directions.
Reliable, punctual, and appropriately groomed in a Span uniform.
Ability to handle stressful situations and maintain constructive relationships with clients and co-workers.
Basic math skills and the ability to communicate effectively with passengers and dispatchers.
