Description
Tower WAV is hiring full-time and part-time Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle (WAV) drivers to provide rides for wheelchair users and UberX passengers. The role involves safely driving and operating the vehicle, following traffic laws, using mobile routing, and assisting passengers with wheelchair ramps, securement systems, and manually operated wheelchairs. Full-time drivers work Monday through Friday with morning and evening shifts, including weekends, while part-time drivers work Friday through Sunday with similar shifts. Compensation starts at $18 per hour plus tips and incentives, with paid training, paid time off, paid overtime, health insurance eligibility, and referral bonuses.
