Tower WAV is hiring Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle Drivers to provide transportation to wheelchair users in the Boston area. The role involves safely driving and operating a wheelchair-accessible vehicle, following traffic laws, using routing technology, and assisting passengers with ramps, securement systems, and manually operated wheelchairs. Full-time and part-time schedules are available, with pay starting at $20 per hour plus tips and incentives, weekly pay, a $250 sign-on bonus, paid training, and health insurance eligibility. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States, at least 23 years old, hold a valid Massachusetts driver's license with two years of U.S. driving history, and pass background and drug screening.
