Waste Management is hiring a Commercial Driver to operate heavy-duty trucks with front, side, or rear-end load lift attachments, transport waste or recyclable materials to disposal, transfer, or recycling facilities, and collect residential household waste or recyclable material. The role requires safe vehicle operation, route compliance, customer service, vehicle inspections, incident reporting, and highly skilled backing maneuvers. Applicants need at least one year of CDL vehicle or equivalent military driving experience, a Class A or Class B CDL with an air-brake endorsement, English communication ability, and successful pre-employment screening.
