Description
WM is hiring a Waste Collection Driver to service assigned large-quantity and small-quantity waste accounts, pick up and transport waste safely, plan routes, prepare and load trucks, provide customer service, complete required paperwork, and perform pre- and post-trip truck maintenance. The role requires a CDL Class A with Airbrake/Hydraulics Endorsement, completion of an accredited driving school, and two years of experience driving vehicles from at least 3 tons up to a 53-foot tractor-trailer, including mountain driving experience. The schedule is Thursday through Monday with a weekend shift, and the pay rate is $26.80 with a $250 boot allowance.
