First Student is hiring a School Bus Driver to provide flexible transportation support, including regular school bus routes, employee shuttle services, and travel assignments across the United States. The role requires transporting students safely, supervising boarding and unloading, maintaining bus order and cleanliness, conducting vehicle inspections, following traffic and safety standards, and communicating with parents, schools, and dispatch. No prior experience is required because training and guidance are provided, but applicants must be at least 21, hold a valid driver’s license for at least three years, and have English proficiency.
