Safety-Kleen is hiring a Class A Driver in Mahopac, New York to transport used hazardous and nonhazardous materials in tanker trucks from local branches to an oil terminal for storage and preparation for re-refining. The role includes operating tanker trucks and pumps, maintaining daily reports, following safety procedures, and traveling 10% as required. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, a Class A CDL with a tanker endorsement, the ability to obtain a Hazmat endorsement, manual-transmission driving ability, at least one year of tanker experience, and a clean driving record. Compensation is $30-$33 per hour based on experience, with health benefits after 30 days of full-time employment and other benefits.
