Description
Builders FirstSource is hiring a Class A CDL delivery driver to transport and deliver building materials and other supplies to customer sites. The role involves driving vehicles weighing more than 26,000 pounds and towing vehicles or trailers greater than 10,000 pounds, loading and securing products, verifying orders, assisting with unloading, maintaining vehicle safety and hours-of-service records, and providing customer service. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, age 21 or older, a valid driver’s license, a Class A CDL, a clean MVR, a DOT medical card, fewer than five moving violations in the last five years, basic math and measurement skills, and English proficiency. The role also requires physical lifting of up to 100 pounds frequently and may require lifting up to 200 pounds with assistance.
