Description
The Delivery Driver transports and delivers building materials and other supplies to customer sites using delivery vehicles and truck-trailer combinations weighing more than 26,000 pounds. The role includes loading and securing products, verifying orders, assisting with unloading, maintaining vehicle safety and hours-of-service records, handling customer concerns, and operating a forklift or non-motorized material-handling equipment. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, age 21 or older, a valid driver's license, a Class B CDL, a clean MVR, a DOT medical card, fewer than five moving violations in the last five years, basic math and measurement skills, and English proficiency. The role has no supervisory responsibilities and requires frequent lifting of up to 100 pounds.
