Keurig Dr Pepper is hiring a Local Delivery Combination Route Driver in San Diego, California. The role delivers products to small and large retailers, unloads trucks, builds customer rapport, and stocks shelves and coolers. The position runs four scheduled shifts per week from 2:45 a.m. until the route is finished, with flexibility for overtime and weekends. No prior experience is required because hands-on training is provided, but applicants must be at least 21, have a high school diploma or GED preferred, be able to repeatedly lift, push, and pull at least 50 pounds, and hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License with a valid DOT Driver Qualification File. The listed pay is $29.30 per hour, with medical, dental, vision, paid time off, retirement matching, and other benefits subject to eligibility and collective bargaining agreements.
