Keolis Canada is hiring a Driver Development Manager to own and improve national driver training, coaching, competency development, and performance-management programs across its Canadian operations. The role combines national governance with hands-on classroom, practical, and behind-the-wheel instruction for Class 2/B commercial vehicle operators, instructor leadership, safety and performance analysis, and support for operational leaders, HR, safety teams, and contract launches. It is based out of Edmonton or Calgary, Alberta, requires frequent travel across Canada, and demands advanced education in a transportation or training discipline, commercial driver and instructor credentials, and 7–10 years of relevant experience.
