The role oversees DQP facilitators, driver files and DOT collections, safety reporting, driving-associate performance, and corrective actions, while requiring at least four years of trucking operations or safety experience, an associate degree or equivalent education and experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and strong communication and collaboration skills. The annual pay range is $50,900 to $72,700, with medical, dental, vision, disability, supplemental, and life insurance benefits.
