Clemens Food Group is hiring for a Driver Development Program that provides 2–4 weeks of paid, hands-on training for recent CDL-A graduates or drivers with less than one year of experience. Participants learn sleeper-tractor and 53-foot-trailer operation, multi-stop delivery, trip planning, safety, and Samsara ELD systems. After training, they transition to a Regional CDL-A Driver role operating Freightliner or Volvo tractors across the Northeast, Midwest, and Southeast, with a 5–7-day OTR schedule, assigned equipment, and activity-based pay. The program offers $25 per hour during training, weekly pay, health benefits starting day one, and average annual earnings of $80,000–$100,000+.
