Description
The Driver Management Specialist reports to the Terminal Manager and manages driver performance, turnover, recruiting, onboarding, safety, compliance, hours of service, DOT regulations, staffing, and related technology and testing programs. The role requires a transportation-industry record, preferably a bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or a related field, and at least five years of transportation experience, with strong communication, relationship-building, analytical, judgment, and problem-solving skills.
