Description
GFL is hiring a Front-End Driver to operate front-load trucks on multi-family residential and commercial routes, mechanically collect and transport solid waste or recyclables, service multiple customers daily, and deliver collected material to stations, landfills, or drop-off locations. The role requires safe vehicle and equipment operation, route navigation using maps and GPS, inspections and documentation, customer interaction, debris cleanup, and compliance with safety procedures. Candidates must hold a valid Commercial Driver’s License and have at least one year of commercial truck driving experience or a CDL school certificate; the work is fully outdoor, physically demanding, and performed in varied weather and traffic conditions.
