Description
Front-End Drivers operate front-end trucks on assigned multi-family residential and commercial routes to mechanically collect and transport waste or recyclables to transfer stations, landfills, or drop-off facilities. The role requires route driving, equipment operation, vehicle inspections and reporting, customer interaction, safe maneuvering in tight spaces, GPS and map use, debris monitoring, and compliance with safety procedures. Candidates must hold a valid Commercial Driver’s License and have at least one year of commercial truck driving experience or a CDL school certificate; the job is physically demanding and performed outdoors in varied weather and traffic conditions.
