Description
GFL is hiring a Front-End Driver to operate commercial frontload trucks and ancillary equipment on assigned multi-family residential and commercial routes. The role involves mechanically collecting and transporting waste or recyclables, driving to transfer stations, landfills, or drop-off locations, completing vehicle inspections and route documentation, navigating with maps and GPS, interacting with customers, maintaining clean and safe sites, and following vehicle-operation and safety procedures. Candidates must hold a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL), have at least one year of commercial truck driving experience or a CDL school certificate, safely operate the truck and equipment, communicate effectively, and meet the physical demands of outdoor waste collection work.
