Description
The Delivery Driver Assistant supports a driver by loading and securing products, delivering customer orders in a company van or pickup truck, off-loading and carrying materials at customer sites, obtaining proof of delivery, and driving a pilot vehicle for oversize loads. The role also involves vehicle inspection, route planning, safety compliance, and material-handling equipment use. It requires a high school diploma or GED, one year of similar experience, and a valid driver’s license; a Commercial Motor Vehicle license is not required.
