Description
The Delivery Support Driver assists a driver with loading and unloading building materials, delivers customer orders using a company van or pickup truck under 10,000 GVW, obtains proof of delivery, and may drive a pilot vehicle for oversize loads. The role also involves inspecting and maintaining delivery vehicles, planning work efficiency, following safety procedures, and performing physical work including lifting up to 100 pounds frequently. A high school diploma or GED, one year of similar experience, and a valid driver’s license are required; a Commercial Motor Vehicle license is not required.
