The School Bus Driver Instructor implements the company’s school bus training program by conducting classroom and behind-the-wheel training, teaching defensive driving and vehicle operation, assessing and coaching drivers, preparing employees for written and practical exams, maintaining training records, and ensuring compliance with transportation regulations. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years as a Commercial Driver License holder, school bus transportation training, a valid clean driving record, applicable driving-instructor certification, and required DOT, first-aid, and school bus credentials.
