Description
The Driver Manager oversees a fleet of 30–35 company drivers, managing daily execution, service, safety, utilization, regulatory compliance, retention, scheduling, payroll issues, performance reviews, corrective actions, and driver development. The role requires strong leadership, organization, analytical and problem-solving abilities, change management, and proficiency with transportation management systems and tools such as Omnitracs. Compensation is up to $75,000 per year in base salary plus bonus eligibility, with medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, paid time off, and other benefits.
