Buddy Moore Trucking is hiring a full-time Driver Manager (2nd Shift) to manage daily driver activities, communicate ETAs with load planners, assign work through McLeod, direct drivers to territories, ensure compliance with trucking regulations, support safe and on-time deliveries, and assist drivers with over-the-road issues and required documents. The role works Monday through Friday from 3:00 p.m. to midnight and requires a logistics, supply chain, or related degree or 1–3 years of dispatch or fleet-management experience, truck dispatch software proficiency, Microsoft Office knowledge, and strong communication skills. Flatbed experience is a plus, and the position includes health benefits.
