The Driver Manager oversees a fleet of professional drivers, managing performance, safety, productivity, compliance, scheduling, documentation, and driver relationships. The role coordinates with planners, customer service, safety, and maintenance teams; monitors real-time trip information; supports onboarding; and requires on-call or after-hours availability.
