Description
The Driver Manager oversees a fleet of 30–35 company drivers, managing day-to-day execution, performance, safety, utilization, retention, scheduling, payroll issues, regulatory compliance, training, and service recovery. The role requires leadership, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and change-management skills, along with proficiency in transportation management systems such as Omnitracs. Compensation is up to $27.00 per hour, with medical, dental, vision, FSA, EAP, life and AD&D insurance, disability coverage, paid time off, and paid holidays.
