Description
The Driver Manager is a full-time, in-person Operations team member responsible for reviewing driver load assignments, communicating with drivers and customer-facing teams, promoting safety, resolving driver issues, and supporting driver retention. The role requires at least one year of experience in operations, dispatching, team management, or team work, along with analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Compensation is $55,000–$60,000, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and paid holiday benefits.
