The role manages driver operations, safety and compliance, employee relations, claims, breakdowns, maintenance coordination, reporting, and communication with load planners and customer service. It requires supervisory experience of at least three years, preferably in trucking, along with trucking industry experience, computer proficiency, FMCSA compliance knowledge, communication skills, and strong time-management abilities. The position offers a base salary of $45,000 to $50,000 annually, medical, dental, and vision coverage after 60 days, paid time off, a 401(k) match, and a quarterly bonus plan.
