Shelton Trucking is hiring a Driver Manager to oversee the daily activities of its driver personnel, coordinate ETAs with load planners, assign work through McLeod, direct drivers across designated territories, ensure compliance with trucking regulations, support safe and on-time deliveries, counsel drivers, and help maintain required documents. The role requires a logistics, supply chain, or related degree or 1–3 years of dispatch or fleet-management experience, truck-dispatch software proficiency, Microsoft Office knowledge, strong communication skills, and detail orientation; bilingual English-Spanish ability is favorable. It is a Monday-Friday 7 a.m.–5 p.m. full-time position with health benefits.
