P&S Transportation is hiring a Driver Manager to oversee the daily activities of its driver personnel. The role involves communicating ETAs with load planners, assigning work through McLeod, directing drivers across designated territories, ensuring compliance with trucking statutes, supporting safe and on-time deliveries, counseling drivers, and helping maintain required documents. Candidates should have a degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related field or 1–3 years of dispatch or fleet management experience, truck dispatch software proficiency, Microsoft Office knowledge, strong communication skills, and attention to detail; flatbed experience is a plus. The position is a salary role with no guaranteed career progression.
