Diamond State Trucking is hiring a Driver Manager to oversee the daily activities of its driver personnel, coordinate ETAs with load planners, assign work through McLeod, direct drivers across designated territories, ensure compliance with trucking regulations, support safe and on-time deliveries, counsel drivers, and assist with required documentation. The role requires logistics, supply chain, or related education or 1–3 years of dispatch or fleet-management experience, truck-dispatch software proficiency, Microsoft Office knowledge, and strong communication skills; flatbed experience is a plus. It is a Monday–Friday, 7 a.m.–5 p.m. full-time position with health benefits.
