SEL Transportation is hiring a Driver Manager to oversee the daily activities of its driver personnel. The role involves communicating ETAs with load planners, assigning work through McLeod, directing drivers across designated territories, ensuring compliance with trucking regulations, supporting safe and on-time deliveries, counseling drivers, and helping maintain required documents. The position requires a logistics, supply chain, or related degree or 1–3 years of dispatch or fleet-management experience, truck-dispatch software proficiency, Microsoft Office knowledge, strong communication skills, and attention to detail; flatbed experience is a plus. It is a full-time Monday–Friday 7 a.m.–5 p.m. position with health benefits.
