The role coordinates drivers, customers, and business teams; makes safety-compliant decisions; provides performance management and coaching; manages payroll and home time; and helps improve driver retention and business performance. A bachelor's degree or two years of equivalent work experience is preferred, along with strong communication, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
