Description
The Driver Manager serves as the primary liaison between Venture and professional drivers, overseeing a fleet of drivers and managing performance, safety, productivity, compliance, scheduling, documentation, and driver support. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of transportation or logistics experience, with preferred qualifications including logistics education, driver-management experience, DOT/FMCSA knowledge, Microsoft Office proficiency, TMW and ELD experience, and bilingual English/Spanish ability. The position involves office and field work, occasional travel, on-call availability, and may require truck or trailer inspections.
