Description
The Driver Manager serves as the primary liaison between Venture and professional drivers, overseeing fleet performance, safety, productivity, compliance, and driver satisfaction. The role manages driver schedules and load assignments, coaches and disciplines drivers, maintains records in TMW or other fleet systems, coordinates with planners and safety teams, and supports onboarding. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of transportation or logistics experience, with benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) match.
