The Shred-it Route Driver provides document destruction services to customers by collecting confidential materials, operating a delivery truck, loading and unloading cargo, securing containers, completing DOT logs, and managing assigned routes. The role requires three years of driving and route-management experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to perform physically demanding work in both indoor and outdoor conditions. The schedule is 6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with four 10-hour days, and the pay range is $32.75.
