Description
The Driver Qualification Technician processes and maintains driver qualification documents, background investigation reports, new-hire reports, and project items in LTS proprietary systems. The role supports client turnaround times, coordinates with DQ specialists, supervisors, and customer service representatives, handles data quality and reporting issues, and may assist with client transitions, compliance analysis, training, and special projects. It is an entry-level full-time position requiring a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 years of general office experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, strong communication and organizational skills, and confidentiality; customer service experience and transportation-industry knowledge are preferred.
