P&S Transportation is hiring a Driver Qualifications Processor to support the hiring and onboarding of drivers. The role partners with recruiters, vendors, and candidates to pre-screen applicants, verify work history and safety records, apply DOT and FMCSA requirements, collect and track required documentation, coordinate training travel, and maintain accurate driver files. The position requires a high school diploma, at least one year of experience in a high-volume transportation, recruiting, or HR environment, strong organization and communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and availability for flexible scheduling including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
