SEL Transportation is hiring a Driver Recruiter to respond to prospective driver inquiries, conduct phone pre-screening, perform background checks, and use knowledge of MVR and DAC reports. The role requires 1–3 years of experience in transportation, recruiting, or safety, Microsoft Office knowledge, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work flexible schedules including weekends, evenings, and holidays. Customer service or sales experience is preferred, and the position is a salary role with no guaranteed career progression.
