Buddy Moore Trucking is hiring a CDL-A Recruiter to serve as the initial contact for professional CDL-A drivers, educate them about company culture, equipment, routes, and career opportunities, and guide them through hiring and onboarding. The role includes using an applicant tracking system, cold calling, pre-screening, scheduling orientations and training, running background checks, MVR and DAC reports, and generating leads through social media and search engines. A high school diploma or GED and six months to one year of experience are required; prior recruiting or trucking experience is not necessary.
