Apple Valley Waste is hiring a full-time Roll-Off Driver to deliver, place, and remove roll-off containers at commercial, industrial, construction, and other customer sites. The role requires advanced vehicle control, safe operation in tight and congested environments, route completion, customer coordination, waste transport, documentation, and compliance with DOT, OSHA, and company safety procedures. Candidates need a valid Class A or B CDL with an air brake endorsement, a valid DOT medical certification, and the ability to operate heavy equipment in complex environments; one or more years of CDL, roll-off, or heavy-equipment experience is preferred. The schedule is Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays, starting early in the morning, with year-round work and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) match.
