Description
WM is hiring a Commercial Driver to operate heavy-duty trucks with front, side, or rear-end load lift attachments and transport waste, recyclable material, or large roll-off containers to disposal, transfer, or recycling facilities. The role includes residential and commercial pickup and delivery, route navigation, vehicle inspections, customer service, incident reporting, and route documentation. Required qualifications include one year of vehicle operation with a CDL or equivalent military driving experience, English proficiency, age 18 or older, and legal work eligibility; Class A or Class B CDL with an air-brake endorsement is required upon hire. The expected base pay is $30.00–$32.00, with medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
