Durham School Services is hiring a safety and training professional to train and evaluate school bus drivers, support driver recruitment, conduct safety meetings and awareness programs, review driver records and vehicle condition reports, coordinate license and certificate renewals, and investigate accidents, injuries, and incidents. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, commercial driving experience, appropriate vehicle licensing and medical and school bus driver certificates, knowledge of student transportation regulations, adult training methods, computer literacy, communication skills, and multitasking abilities.
