The Driver Supervisor oversees drivers and warehouse workers at a branch office, planning delivery routes, preparing loading and driver sheets, monitoring deliveries, ensuring vehicle temperatures and legal weight limits, enforcing food-safety and Department of Transportation requirements, securing facilities, training employees, conducting safety meetings, and supporting performance reviews. The role combines transportation coordination with warehouse operations including staging, loading, unloading, stocking, and receiving.
