Wismettac's Driver Supervisor oversees drivers and warehouse workers at a branch office, plans and adjusts delivery routes, prepares loading and driver sheets, monitors deliveries, ensures vehicle temperatures and legal weight limits, enforces food safety and Department of Transportation requirements, secures facilities, and trains and supervises employees. The role also supports performance reviews, safety meetings, cash-on-delivery collection checks, and logistics planning.
