Description
The Driver Supervisor oversees daily activities of drivers and monitors, ensures safe bus operations and compliance with safety and company policies, supports drivers and monitors with complaints and safety issues, participates in driver recruitment, coaches and mentors employees, audits time sheets, monitors on-time performance, prepares reports, evaluates performance, and administers discipline. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, five years of work experience, and knowledge of transportation operations, with some college preferred and a waiver available under certain supervisory-experience conditions.
