Description
Amazon Rural Super Rural is hiring a Driver Trainer in Dubuque, Iowa to establish and deliver driver training at delivery stations. The role includes facilitating daily in-station and drive-along classes, coaching Delivery Associates on safety, quality, productivity, vehicle inspection, hours of service, trip planning, and safe driving, tracking compliance and performance, and driving and loading trucks. Candidates must be at least 21, hold a valid driver’s license, meet DOT requirements, and be able to obtain and maintain a Driver Qualification File. The position requires 40 hours per week, travel within 50 miles of the home station, and offers starting pay of 22.50 USD per hour.
