Amazon is hiring a Driver Trainer for its Rural Super Rural delivery operation in Traverse City, Michigan. The role trains Delivery Associates through in-station classes, drive-alongs, ride-alongs, and on-road coaching, covering safety, quality, productivity, compliance, vehicle inspection, hours of service, trip planning, and DOT requirements. The trainer also coordinates with delivery service partners and operations managers, tracks training and performance, and may provide peer training. The position requires a valid driver’s license, DOT eligibility, a Driver Qualification File, at least 21 years of age, and 40 hours per week plus overtime as needed.
