Amazon is hiring a full-time Driver Trainer in Saint James, Missouri, to train Delivery Associates on safety, quality, productivity, vehicle inspection, hours of service, trip planning, and safe driving practices. The role includes daily classroom and drive-along training, coordination with delivery-service partners and operations managers, performance tracking, retraining recommendations, and driving and loading trucks. Candidates must be at least 21, hold a valid driver’s license, meet DOT requirements, and be able to obtain and maintain a Driver Qualification File. The position requires 40 hours per week, overtime as needed, and travel to multiple sites within 50 miles of the home station.
