Aurizon is hiring a permanent full-time Driver Trainer for its Jilalan depot in Queensland. The role supports the coal business in the Goonyella system by mentoring, coaching, instructing, and assessing trainee and qualified locomotive drivers within competency-based frameworks, while maintaining training plans, records, reports, and route/operational competencies. The position requires rail operations knowledge, a valid C-class driver's licence, strong communication and organisational skills, and the ability to work safely and collaboratively in a high-performance rail freight environment.
